How long does shipping take?
UK & Northern Ireland:Standard delivery Royal Mail 2nd Class 2-3 working days (Delivery upgrade available)
Europe: 3-5 working days
North America: 7-10 business days
Australia, New Zealand and Oceania: 7-14 business days
How do I track my order?
You will recieve a tracking code when the item is dispatched. This is usually fulfilled buy Royal Mail.
Please note tracking is only avalible if you have opted for this delivery option.

What should I do if I want the card to go directly to the reciever?
Make sure you opt for a printed message inside to send to the reciever.
Don't forget to change the delivery address
My order requires customisation, where do I leave the instructions?

Do you make bespoke cards?
Yes, I would love to!
Please contact me directly to see whether I can crochet the design you would like. The cost will vary depending on the time and materials needed.
Will all items be identical?
When ordering more than 1 of the same item, every effort is made to made the items identical however due to this being a handmade product please note that there might be slight variations but this only makes each product more unique
